ABOUT ME

I am a student training for a teaching degree. I've lived in Aberdeen for nearly 3 years and have travelled about quite a bit.

I like a good bit of banter... that's about it I suppose.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm just going to enjoy myself.

Alright, I'm come straight out with it... I love Bryan Adams. I'm not even a closet fan, I'm quite open about it. I'm also a lover of other 80's 'rockers' such as Sting and Phil Collins. But I'm also into The Shins, Jump Little Children, Sigur Ros, Jesse Malin, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Idlewild and Filter.

When it comes to films, I'll watch anything really - not a fan of Japanese cinema or anything that is needlessly violent.

Don't seem to have much time to read anything other than textbooks, but my favourite book is The Great Gatsby or The Shipping News.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I survived a week in Germany with next to no money after deciding to stay and not getting on my flight home. Hitch-hiked, slept rough and generally got around on the good will of others. It was epic!
