Overview
About Me
I am a person who enjoys being spontaneous but irrefutably, likes planning as well which straddles the best of both worlds.
My sporting hobbies include surfing, dance, netball, skiing and fencing. I love reading and am capable of devouring 3 books in a day.
My usual day consists of going to uni and learning all about biomedical science and teaching 1st year medical students anatomy once a week.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about their culture and the experiences that they had gone through. I find those experiences incredibly heartening especially after I have started traveling by myself to some places.
Also it would save me on cost of traveling as I volunteer on medical outreach programmes in LEDC countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed up Mt Kinabalu a year after my knee surgery. The surgeon only gave me a green light to jog after 10 months post-op.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have taught before so if my host would like to learn a different language that I am fluent in e.g. Chinese or English, I would be glad to do so.
I have previously done 5 years of French but would love to learn more.
