ABOUT ME

I just graduated from film school and am trying to figure out how to make money making some kind of art (I'm not too picky).

PHILOSOPHY

There is a difference between mistakes and regrets. Free will exists only as an illusion. The false trichotomy of past/present/future is inadequate given general relativity, and applying a modified past/present-perceived/nonpresent/present-affected/future to everyday existence yields contentment. If you're worried about doing something "just enough," decide whether you'd be happier doing too little or too much; that way, it won't matter as much if you mess up. The body is but a vessel for the mind, and when mine goes it will be burned out, dilapidated, and leaking, and will collapse as soon as I give up keeping it afloat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed on friends' couches/floors in various places and they've mostly been pretty good. I didn't bring a sleeping bag on the trip like I intended, so the floors were my fault. Otherwise it's been good.

Intereses

Good movies, videogames, paintings, music, art in general. Being in nature. Being in crowds of people. Generally enjoying life.
