About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live Fast, Die Old

ABOUT ME

Hey we're Chris and Ed. We're 18 and 21 respectively. We're cousins from England who are traveling the world whilst trying to capture some great moments on film. We love meeting new people and having new, awesome experiences with them. We're very easy going, relaxed...sometimes even funny. We live by the notion of karma and hope to meet like minded people from all walks of life along this journey.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe that laughter is the best medicine and live life like everyday is our last.
A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.
The only limits on your life are those that you set yourself...And other such mantras

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Whilst traveling across Australia we we're fortunate enough to meet two amazing families who let us live with them for a short period. One family even took us in on Christmas Eve after meeting us in McDonalds and cooked us an amazing Christmas dinner, for which we were very grateful. We had amazing experiences with both of these families and hope that one day we can return the favour

Interests

We are very open minded and enjoy experiencing interesting and diverse parts of life.
We love passion and creativity in all aspects of life as it inspires and drives us to be creative in our own mediums. We don't take ourselves too seriously and spend most of our time laughing. We love good conversation and feel that some of the best moments in life are had over a drink and good music.

We enjoy good company, camping, cooking, dogs in hats, a good b-movie, all forms of comedy, cheap wine,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me a lot of the smaller details in life are the most amazing, and when i think back about some of the most amazing experiences in my life they're often that way because of the company they were shared with and the laughter that went with them. Also i believe spontaneous decisions often turn out the best. For example in Hong Kong we were visiting the island of tai o. As we got of the bus a man came up to us to offer us the last boat ride out of the day and was very keen for the 4 of us to get on as there was 4 spaces left. We set out and got to see some of the most interesting things we had all trip, journeying through the stilt houses on the water then setting out to sea to see pink dolphins all for $20HKD. The Best expiriences in Australia where when we felt we needed to get out of Sydney, so bought a tent and just set off for Tea Gardens to camp. As we had a few km walk to the camp site we held out our hands to hitch hike, and got picked up by some amazingly friendly girls who we had an amazing night camping with, who then took us back to their home town Newcastle and let us stay with them and had some fantastic times as they showed us round and took us to some awesome and less tourist places.
