ABOUT ME

My name is Christelle, I'm 18, and I love meeting new people, discovering new cultures and new languages, travelling...

I :
- hate working (these last 2 years, I've written enough dissertations for at least 3 of my lives)
- am a queen of procrastination
- am in love with the sea, the moon and Paris
- am depressed each time I finish a book I've loved
- often watch the big map on the wall wondering how it feels to live on the other side of the earth
- enjoy making cakes (and eat them)
- lose or forget something at least twice a day
- have made of my bedroom a huge mess
- can be shy if I don't really know the person
- am such a fool at maths that, 2 minutes ago, I had to count it on my fingers to know what year it was 5 years ago (hadn't thought about 2011 - 5)
- always buy things I had not planned to buy when shopping (like earrings, dresses, shoes... all girls stuff)

However right now there's a spider in my bedroom, so step 1: shout / step 2: kill it as fast as possible. / step 3: OMG i can't see it anymore

I'm a Christian.

Interests

I love reading, but I love books for themselves even more : I'm always buying new books just to get a bigger library !

I like going to the cinema too, and walking on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice.

Music, Movies, and Books

Fantasy and imaginary books are my favorite ones. Like Harry Potter, Narnia, Alice in wonderland, and authors like Robin Hobb, Terry Pratchett........ I'm also fond of all the Disney films, and I know all the songs by heart lol.
Poetry is also a genre I love reading, especially Aragon who is my favorite poet.

I listen to all kinds of music. I like classical music (like Chopin, Schubert) but since I like dancing, I enjoy songs that make me want to dance too :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A man carrying a stone of 200kg on his back. Well, that's not exactly extraordinary, but nothing's coming to my mind right now :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy learning the languages of the people I meet, and teaching them my own language.
If someone could teach me more chords and rhythms to play the guitar, it would be great, because I'm learning it without teacher!
