ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurer whose purpose in life is to teach self-love. I'm writing a book full time on the subject and freely share my lessons. I do life coaching now that I am retired from owning my own business. I'm the proud father of two young men, one a music video director in LA and the other a major buyer for Target Corp. in Minneapolis. I'm very spiritual in my practice of making loving decisions. I'm flexible, patient and very easy get along with.I'm ageless and fit in with all ages, cultures, ethnicities and genders.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that our purpose in life is to make a difference. My main belief is to do no harm. My saying is "Do your best and trust the rest".

I'm an avid cyclist and ride my mtn, road and touring bikes nearly every day for aerobic exercise. I hike and do yoga as my meditation. I love to sail or paddle. I'm a decent cook when inspired with others. I've traveled extensively throughout Europe and South America. Before kids, my wife and I traveled the country on and off for 3 years seeing most of the national parks and only taking an interstate highway when necessary. My love is nature in every form, ocean, mtns, mature forests. I've gardened extensively with flowers and vegetables. I recently built my own completely solar home on the side of Pikes Peak at 8600' which has a bear den 100' below the house. I enjoy taking pictures as well as appreciating fine art.

Raced cars, hang-glided, started and built an international company to $14,000,000/yr in sales and 110 employees, built a fully sustainable solar home at 8600', traveled the US for 3 years living in my van, writing a book on Self-love.
