ABOUT ME

I previously worked for an NGO in Ghana that is working to end child trafficking in the fishing industry. I'm a (not-so) returned Peace Corps volunteer; I served in Thailand. I've traveled a lot, mostly solo. I hike. I climb mountains. I'm really good at folding fitted sheets. I'm a vegetarian. At this moment Ghanaian pop music is filtering through my open windows and I love it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted couchsurfers in Portland, Ore. and Thailand. I surfed my way across the country on a three-week long road trip from Portland, Ore. to Michigan that went way of out of the way. I've hosted and meet up with people in Thailand.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting people has resulted in some of the most interesting conversations. Hearing about teaching English to Nepalese Buddhist monks, living on an island with only one other person and what was discovered in my city.
