ABOUT ME

Hello, we are actually a couple (Ciaran is from Cork, and Jen from Idaho) looking to host some couch surfers in our apartment in Cork Ireland. We decided this would be a great way to meet new people and enjoy different cultures from the comfort of our own home. We too have once been really stuck for money, but never let it get in the way of our traveling or need of adventure. We are both very laid back people and decided to put our spare room to good use!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is both of our first voyage with couchsurfing... so please, no murderers.

Interests

Ciaran loves kitesurfing and has instructed and managed kitesurfing schools for nearly six years. Also he is pursing his masters at UCC for sustainable energy engineering.
Jen enjoys kittens, fine red wine, and the occasional game of tennis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Australia we hiked to the bottom of the southern hemispheres largest waterfall and got into it, FREEZING! Also we had the opportunity to ride and bathe elephants in Malaysia, as well as snorkeling with sea turtles in Bali. I'd say the best thing we've done through it all however, was find each other (Jen definitely did not write this profile). There are LOADS of other fun and exciting things we've done on our travels but this box only facilitates so many characters.
