About Me

I don't like to be a tourist anywhere. I much prefer to travel do life wherever I am on the globe. I like to learn about traditional healing and herbalism whever I go and bring my experiences back to enrich others. I'm really, really into herbs, plant medicine, and women's moon healing type of woo woo stuff and working toward living as green a lifestyle as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I'm living the nomadic life, being a seeker, learning, and doing healing work. I like to meet other travelers to keep that whole life enrichment thing flowing. I go where called to teach what I've learned and support women bring life into the world or just be the goddesses that they are. It will never get old.

Music, Movies, and Books

First, I'm not a fan of country music, but there are some I secretly like anyways. The music I like is all over the map. From Lauren Hill, and Julieta Venegas, to Haitian Kompas and Latin Music, back to Erykah Badu, jump to Queen (Freddy Mercury), Nelly Furtado, but just the folklorico not the pop, Fela Kuti, The Roots and even Billy Joel. All over the place, music is great.

Books: The Master and Margarita best novel ever.

Movies: To name a few, The Color Purple, Usual Suspects, Fight Club, City of Gods, Como Agua para Chocolate, Love a Good Indiana Jones Movie, Amelie, The Original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, creepy Gene Wilder not Scary Johnny Depp.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach cooking tips, share home remedies for common problems, recipes, I'm artsy and creative always willing to share that side, and whatever I have learned in my 32 years of life thus far.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A ride if you need one, I have a car when I'm in L.A. Tea, wine, good times. I will not force my views on you, but IF you tell me you want to detox your home or personal care and use natural products I can be very enthusiastic about helping with those kinds of things.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Egypt, India, Mexico, Thailand
