Hi Everyone,
A Little bit about me. I am originally from Ambato, Ecuador, although I grew up in New York City since I was 7. I returned about 5 years ago on and off due to my studies, but I absolutely fell in love with everything Ecuador has to offer and would love to see more of it.
Apart from that I love music, it calls to me, there isn't anything I don't do without music ! I love Doodling away in my notebook, sketching, drawing, painting and d.i.y. crafts. I love traveling and seeing different places not to mention, dancing, yoga, and above all food! :) ...... I will try just about anything that comes my way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet interesting people who like myself are enjoying the wonders of Ecuador or people I could learn from, and if I travel somewhere I would also like to have the option of finding a host family since my portable income is still finding it's way.

Interests

I like to learn about cultures, I love reading. Watching Movies, listening to music, dancing, yoga, sports ( I am great at soccer) . Traveling, Artistic Endeavours such as pottery, drawing, painting, sculpting, sewing , crafting. Just about anything!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love The Fratellis from Glasgow they are my favorite band of all time, however I also love listening to Los Bunkers (rock latino) , and basically anything from the 50's, 60's, 70's , 2000's until now. Both from the U.S and South America.

I don't have a favorite movie per say since I am an addict but I would have to say if I had to choose my favorite movies would be anything from Tim Burton, Adam Sandler, funny enough Melissa Joan Hart , and Pauly Shore :) But then again I love scary movies, comedies such as History of the World Part 1 from Mel Brooks and Porky's. I pretty much like the old school as much as the new.
And as for books, I love The Alchemist, and anything on the weird and paranormal, art, and spiritual.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my life time, the most amazing thing I have done , I guess would be accomplish 4 different careers by the time I turned 22. I have never liked doing things the normal way and always find myself in a hurry. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I love helping anyone I can with whatever I can, so if anyone needs my help in translating from english to spanish or spanish to english it's no problem, consider it done. Not to mention if anyone wants to learn anything about alternative therapy, art, dressmaking, crafts and really awful singing .... :) It would be my pleasure !

Also I know my way around Ecuador pretty well, if anyone needs in any help in directions or places to go, I can share or help in any way I can!

I am pretty much down for everything that comes my way..........so anything goes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have always been taught to be a wonderful house guest, so I can cook anything at all, I know Ecuadorian cuisine, as much as Italian, Mexican, and Vegan. I am also a fastidious cleaner and organizer, so I would keep everything clean and love to house sit. If the hosts have children, I am a great babysitter and have some experience. I am also great with pets, and thanks to my grandparents I can also help in gardens, farming and livestock.
I am sure there is much more I can do, it's just a matter of learning!
