Algo increíble que he hecho
The most amazing experience I've had thus far was a sailing adventure across the Pacific Ocean aboard a brigantine. We left Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in November wide-eyed and eager to experience the unknown. Using the stars to plot our course daily, the group managed to stay on course, riding the trade winds southwest with our first sighting of land in four weeks on Christmas day...we came upon the Marquesas Islands. Those four weeks are still somewhat indescribable to this day; maybe akin to an astronaut describing the feeling of launching into space. Shortly after arrival we took our first steps on dry land with a new sense of stillness and perspective, and experienced an assault of the senses. We hiked wide-eyed and high, through the varied terrain, deep into the mountains of this rich land. A most magical and refreshing waterfall awaited us, hidden in the folds of the steep cliffs...
An unforgettable moment indeed.
