I am a French girl in search of new experiences and of meetings with English speakers. I like making myself useful and especially making things which are simple and meaningful. At first, I can be shy but I adapt myself very quickly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like travelling and by seeing my past experiences, I realize that the best moments are the ones where I was in touch with the people who live in the country or the travelers as me. To meet people is, in my mind, the best way of discovering a country, its culture and its atmosphere: the best way of enjoying the journey.

Interests

I am very interested in visual arts (the illustration and the graphic arts) and to draw is my passion. I like every activity creative and connected to handcraft (with the paper, the wood, the clay...).
My other great interest is the history : every century, all the countries, all the cultures. If I had time I would watch an historic documentary every day!
I am also very in psychology and sociology.
And I really like reading : books about topics I spoke here.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a kind of hidden geek! I like very much movies and science fiction novels: The Lord of the rings, Star Wars, the novels of Barjavel and Bernard Werber. My favorite book is The Thanataunotes by B.Werber.
About cinema, a director whom I like very much is Michel Gondry ( a very creative man).
My favorite kind of music, the one who makes me vibrate, is hip-hop! I also like electronic music and I cannot control it, I love Beyoncé!
I am interested by various music but my personal challenge is to reconcile me with the reggae and the jazz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is my travel in Mongolia.
I went there to help in a gardening camp. I lived there during 2 weeks, in an international community, without any material comfort, taking the shower in the river. It is not really spectacular but the amazing thing happened in my head, through the links that I built with the other people.

Because of my studies, I know very well adobe's software as photoshop, illustrator, in design and after effects. Who knows, it can be useful for someone!
