ABOUT ME

I am a new college graduate who loves life. I am an active person who cares about the world and all of the people in it. I (granted that I pass my boards) will be a registered nurse come June! I love kids, especially my niece and nephew, and enjoy tutoring high school students in Math and Science. I am from St. Louis, MO, went to school at Valparaiso University (graduated with a double major in nursing and international service), and am living in Bar Harbor, Maine for my third summer. Soon I will be heading to Spain in an attempt to land a job as crew on a private yacht.

I have stayed at lots of hostels while traveling and love the couch surfing idea! I can't wait until I have my own place and can host other surfers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have never felt so exhilarated and amazed at the raw power of nature than when I was charged by an elephant in no-man's-land outside Victoria Falls. I hitch-hiked through Namibia, Africa and was inspired by the hospitality of complete strangers who became friends.
