ABOUT ME

where would one start? I like cake and colours. I don't like blisters but am about to submit myself to them by walking 650km from Lisbon to Santiago de Compostella. I love London, and my favourite moment is emerging from the madness to sit in the peace at my allotment looking over the City of an evening.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, yet!
I did a camino de Santiago earlier this year and properly became aware of couchsurfing, having thought about it for years. A peregrina from my camino & her friend came to stay at mine last weekend (in a quasi-couchsurf), and it reminded me just how awesome other people & their cultures can be. So, finally taking the step & starting my own couchsurf journey!

Intereses

Music; other people & cultures (sadly am rubbish at languages); putting the world to rights: discussing politics (non-partisan, don't worry!), philosophy, culture, religion, everything!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I used to walk a lot at night (I still do, but in London the light is orange and it's not quite as fun). The connection you get with the world when it's in darkness is sublime.
