Take life by the horns....and ride it!
All about me?
I am originally from the Southwest of the United States, from a city called El Paso, Texas. El Paso is the bordering American city to Mexico so growing up, my childhood consisted of many day trips to Mexico (for things as simple as getting groceries). With that said- you guessed it, my background is Mexican although I was born in the USA. I grew up in the desert and had access to mountains. At the age of 20, I made my transition to New York City, which turned out to be the best move I ever made.
I have always been passionate about traveling, since I was a little girl. I credit my parents for this because they used to take my sister and I on vacation every summer. I can also make a dollar go a long way since my parents taught me how to get more for my buck.
I believe in dreams becoming a reality. I believe people are so powerful that they can make mountains move. I have seen it. Never underestimate the amazingness of a person, we all have an amazing story (including yourself).
With that said, I do strive in:
1. self improvement- there is always room to go the next level (whatever that looks like to you).
2. supporting people live a life they love.
Sometimes you have to let a caged bird fly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment, I am only available to meet people for coffee or dinner. I do not guarantee that I will be able to meet since I am going through a transition from traveler to becoming a little bit more stable and I receive many requests since NYC is a hot zone. I am interested in meeting people who are committed to traveling. Please only contact me if you have a profile filled out and if you have read my profile.
Couchsurfing has changed my life. I don't think there are words to describe my CS experience but I do have a large collection of stories.
