I grew up in a small town in northern NY and now call Utah home. I live in Utah for the skiing...no where else compares!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No official couchsurfing.org experience as of yet. I have witnessed the benefits, though, when I met some Swedes at a house party in SLC last fourth of July...they had a great time sharing in the fun that day.

I recently read the Montana Trilogy by Ivan Doig. Amazing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went solo kayaking for two nights three days in the Stockholm Archipelago. Looking back on it, it was probably one of the riskiest things I have ever done. Large cruise ships sailing past on the hour, small wave-enhancing channels between the islands, and not one single form of communication at all. Oh to be 24 again!
