I am pretty new to couchsurfing. Reason to start was my 4 months trip to Canada and Alaska this summer. I am travelling alone but also I do not like to do and see all the tourist activities. I want to get closer to each towns culture and character. Whereas CS seems to be the best opportunity to meet new local people.
