This feels like writing a resume! My mission - keep learning, loving and laughing.
I am useless at these things! Apart from that, I am smart, considerate, warm, mature, low-key but lively. When I travel I love to eat and to walk, not so much to sightsee like a crazy person.. any good travels have to include ample cafe time :) I just finished a job in the Middle East, and I'm doing some traveling and soul searching right now while I find my next direction and going to head back to school to train in psychosocial work with refugees.
Having faith in people, especially yourself, and what we can and must achieve to have a positive impact in the world- in any number of ways.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have just joined CS and right now I'm looking to surf- but if this works out well I would love to host too in the future
So many! I've hosted a bunch of friends and some that I'd met traveling myself in Edinburgh while I was a student there, and i surfed/ squatted my aunt's spare room for 6 months in London! For the last 2.5 years i've been working in Africa and the Middle East so have met a huge number of people couchsurfing although I wasn't able to host in my work accommodations :( I love being 'home' and I love to travel, so CS seems a wonderful combination of the two.
Travel, food, dance, politics, movies, the ocean, friendship, walking, hiking, refugees, France, the Arab world, hot sauce, waves.

Best guacamole recipe ever (my own):
2 avocados, juice of one lime, 5 or 6 cherry tomatoes, 4 spring onions, some coriander, a pinch of smoked paprika (in spanich its pimente humado i think), a spoon of yoghurt... mash and enjoy!
