Mission: To have compassion for all people, and live with as much integrity as possbile.

ABOUT ME

I am chill but organized. I am very community oriented, and most of my work is around helping people to work well together. I am confortable to be around and talk to. I like to host cooking great meals, and providing a fun social space in which people can be themselves, and not stress about life. I love my garden and I spend a good amount of time walking and cycling. I love frisbee and travelling, and don't really feel that anywhere specific on the planet is home. I feel home wherever I am. My favorite things to do is go to a new place a spend a while learning about it, and exploring what it is like to live there.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life with honesty and openness. I believe that we need to build community and in order for that to happen we must share our vulnerabilities with others in order to have understanding and trust in our relationships. This fosters accountability and people then live better together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I mostly have housed couch surfers, although I did surf for 1 month last spring. I enjoyed it.

Interests

Mostly I love people. I am very social, and love to just share time laughing and talking. I take pottery classes. I am from a small island on the west coast of British Columbia and I enjoy anything outdoors. I am also really into co-operatives and am a bit of a geek when it comes to that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I used to live in Goa when I was little for a few months per year. That was incredible.

Teach, Learn, Share

Co-ops. I can tell you whatever you want to know. Consumer, housing, financial co-ops - they're my passion. Sustainable business practices. But please don't get the impression that I am a business student. I am a lefty hippie leaning west coaster.
