ABOUT ME

Born right outside of Washington, DC, I have always had an appreciation for city life. College took me away to the gentle rolling mountains of Blacksburg, VA where I fell in love with the slower, kinder, more deliberate country lifestyle. I started traveling with a school sponsored trip to Switzerland and caught the travel bug. I was fortunate enough to be able to do a significant amount of traveling while getting an Engineering degree. My travels have opened my eyes in a way no textbook ever could- extreme beauty, bitter poverty, altruistic kindness, broken stereotypes, and the unabating will to live. As I grow, I hope to give back as much as I have taken, specifically in the forms of knowledge and volunteer work.

PHILOSOPHY

Never taking life for granted, but always maintaining a bright horizon. I've only begun my journey and it won't stop until I'm dead. I love meeting people from all walks of life because you can only learn from those who are different from yourself.
