About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Saving up money to get out of NC and experience some adventure before I settle down.

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going person. I get along with everyone. I love to travel and visit big cites. Sometimes I see people on the street that I'll never see again and think about what could be going on in their lives, what they do, what kind of person they are, etc...I am kind of wierd in my own kind of way but I wouldn't change anything about myself. I don't envy anyone, I am happy with myself and my life and wouldn't be anyone except me. I LOVE ME!! lol I am a little shy at first but get over it fairly quickly I think.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to experience and live life...I'm tired of this boredom and monotonous life here in NC. I've given alot of stuff away and thrown alot of stuff away so all my belongings can be packed into a couple of bags. And my adventure starts March 31 and I depart for NYC. I could love NYC and try to find a job and stay, or I may leave NYC for somewhere else, I just don't know yet...I just know that I want to leave here and experience some adventure before I settle down.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

New member, hopefully to use CS to do a bit of traveling and learning/discovering the great cities of America. Especially interested in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia. Also could be interested in visiting the states of Wyoming and Montana for some seclusion.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet :( Hopefully soon :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Rocky movies, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future.
I listen to all sorts of music, whatever I'm in the mood for, but I'm seldom in the mood for country or rap. I like jazz and classic rock most of all.
"A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" by Betty Smith is my favorite book of all time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'll add this in a couple of years when I'm done with my travels :) I'm sure I'll have plenty of stories then.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to share the story of the American Tourist and the Mexican Fisherman. You can find it using any web search engine. Great story with a good message I think.
