ABOUT ME

I've got nothing going for me so I think this is what I need. Travel, meeting new people, gaining life experience, being social again! I've huddled in my room for farrrr toooooo long and this needs to stop! I am a very likable person! I am usually very quiet and calm, I have a tendency to lack self-motivation. I need to work on that, I know. But once I get to know a person, or once I have clicked with a person, I open up and can be very talkative! I have what some people refer to as a 'radio voice', too bad I'm not on the radio though! I dunno what else to really say about myself here, but I will make sure to update/edit/re-review this a lot!

PHILOSOPHY

I am just trying to get through life one day at a time, and be as good of a person as I can be. Being a good friend is important to me. I dislike being hated or disliked. Thankfully, I'm really not either of those.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I am just here to see what my options are. However, in the past, before joining this site I have hosted, or had a coffee with several people in my community, as well as friends from afar! I look forward to finding the right city to settle down in one day and have my own couch available to any wary travelers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only stayed on a few couches in my life so far, and all were of friends I had already known for some time, but the experience was most enjoyable, and really helped me out in times of need!

I like to write, read, surf the net, have one on one or small group conversations, people watch, listen to music, go to concerts, go to the movies, hike, bike, philosophize (is that a word?), eat food, cook food, and dream of traveling

I like all kinds of movies. Oddball indie flicks, and horror movies of all shapes and sizes fit into the movie style I enjoy the most.

For music I love love love ALL kinds! Every artist has something to offer in their music, regardless to how they go about it. There is always a story to tell, something special in the process. I especially like alternative rock music, some old-school hip hop, some kinds of techno (such as prodigy, aphex twin, boys noize, daft punk, etc.) but will literally listen to ANYTHING.

I havent read many books these days. I read NY Post, local newspapers, Maxim, Rolling Stone, Rue Morgue, High Times, and other various magazines depending on my mood!
