I learnd Jiu-jitsu in '10th planet jiu-jitsu seoul' team for 1year.

I like to share my Jiu-jitsu team special body streching like Yoga and some Self-defence skills.
Last month, On my first Jiu-jitsu competition, I got a bronze medal.
