With a background in ocean swimming, economics, mirror starring, all kinds of adventures and unlikely situations, I came to be passionate about community-based social/ecological movements and in the wisdom of the body. I am a somatic experiencing therapist and conscious movement teacher.

I have a nomadic soul and travel is the most direct way of synching to life for me. Because of my projects I am now based in a beautiful little town in Sintra where I love to host people. In the summer months I live in my van, on the road.

My travel style is usually "go with the flow"... time becomes elastic and I follow my heart and intuition as opposed to committing to a plan.

When I host or I am hosted, I love to share music, poetry and world views. I am not the best cook, but I love to wash dishes :)
