Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Settle in a completely new environment and get to know lots of inspiring people.
ABOUT ME
In the past five years, I've been travelling the world in the course of volunteering, studying or mountaineering, as far as Namibia (1 year), Nepal (5 months) and Australia (5 months). My take home message is that meeting new people from various backgrounds is the most inspiring thing there is. Accordingly, couchsufring seems like a great idea to me.
Moreover, I am an outdoor enthusiast seeking authentic outdoor experiences rather than the thrill of action sports. As far as I can, I want to contribute to take care of the environment I feel strongly about - thus my studies in environmental sciences and now beginning my MSc in Sustainable Forest and Nature Management.
PHILOSOPHY
Life true to the maxim "The core of man's spirit comes from new experiences"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I signed up for couchsurfing as I need a place to stay for a night in Copenhagen and am curious to meet some locals. In my 15sqm student hostel room I will not be able to host guests, but I'd like to offer couchsurfing as soon as I'll have settled somewhere with more space.
