CURRENT MISSION

I can't travel right now, so I'd like to live vicariously through my fellow couch surfing friends until this summer I can begin my own adventures.

ABOUT ME

I live by the rule work hard, play hard. I love challenging myself all the time- like Eleanor Roosevelt said "do something that scares you everyday" and at the end of the day I love having a hot bath with a cold beer. I'm a very relaxed person and I'm always open to suggestions for adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this so I'll admit I'm a little nervous letting strangers into my home but I myself have been an unofficial couch surfer for many years and I have always greatly appreciated the kindness which strangers have shown me.

Interessi

Adventuring around the town: live music, bike riding, mechanical bull riding, beer drinking, dancing, reading, swimming, climbing, and laughing at god knows what just about anytime.

Musica, film e libri

Kurt Vonnegut is my favorite author but I also love books by Charles Bukowski, Jack Kerouac, and Jonathan Safran Foer. Some of my other favorite books are One Big Damn Puzzler, Kite Runner, Life of Pi, and Getting Stoned with Savages.
Favorite Movies: Amelie, Harold and Maude, The Big Lebowski, Sleeper, Winnebago Man.
Music: I love all live music but I mostly listen to Beach House, Quinn Walker, Mucca Pazza, Sufjan Stevens, Sigur Ros, Jon Brion, Devendra Barnhart, Neutral Milk Hotel, Velvet Underground, Canned Heat, Neil Young...
