Im running the New York Marathon on Nov 1 2009 and while there meet as many coffee drinking couchers and take grtty pix of all a meet... I am planning a road trip NYC to Boston and while in LA one down to San Diago so anyone!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Falling through 70mm ice while on a 90 minute run through the Queenstown mountains - wearing only running shorts and a tee shirt - temp -2º C, then running to safety (blood was running from my hips into my shoes) feeling that wonderfully comforting sensation of the body shutting down its unnecessary limbs to save my vital organs. I have yet to forgive my body for that!!!
