To explore the country the easy way (in a car) after a x-country bicycle trip

ABOUT ME

I am a recent marketing graduate from Binghamton University in NY. I have been living in Charlotte for the past year, making a living as a waiter. For the last two months my girlfriend, Maria Nunez, and I have been bicycling across the country with the help of my Dad who operated a support vehicle.

Needless to say I enjoy challenging myself physically and mentally. I hope to find a marketing position with a not-for-profit when I head back to NYC. Until then I want to see as much of the country as i can and learn about alternative cultures and lifestyles.

PHILOSOPHY

To fill my life with things I am passionate about and rid myself of the things I am not....pretty simple.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a greenhorn to CouchSurfing but have had plenty of WarmShowers experiences. WarmShowers is similar to Couchsurfing but is specific to bicycle touring.

Cycled 3,100 miles from St. Augustine, FL to San Diego, CA and raised almost $2,000 for Operation USA (an international disaster relief organization).
