ABOUT ME

Howdy! I'm Crissy, I love life, yoga, jiu jitsu, traveling, meeting interesting folks, camping, hiking, trying and failing miserably at playing my french horn maybe the 17th year at it it'll kick in for me!,
painting, building stuff... I do whatever I can get my hands on basically. I do like my alone time for all my projects, but I'd love to meet some open-minded folks to pal around w or lend a couch to from time to time.

Life's an adventure. I've been here in Athens a good bit, but finally breakin out of my science scene to go where the wind takes me.

My travels...
Well I grew up in a rural Michigan town, then moved to the ghetto for college- Flint represent! =P, Took a year off to play in the wild wild west of Wyoming beautiful and very little legislature (my kind of place ;) Now I'm kickin in the the good ol South where my dear ol dad is from. I took a semester off graduate school to refocus my life.. which involved preparing for my first MMA fight followed by driving out to Cali with my best friend, Danny he's the sweetest guy you'll ever meet... but he eats trash and licks his own butt. We hung out on the beach a lot, bounced around but mainly lived out of my car. It was amazing. Back in the south now, just returned from a wedding in India. That was an amazing experience.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life with no regrets by serving the greater good and never letting an oppurtunity pass you up because of fear.

Just getting started, I'll take some couch surfers though. I'd certainly be up to couch surf myself... as long as I can bring Danny =)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met some cool ppl out on Cali doing my yoga instructor training that let me couchsurf. So just the real life meet and greet stuff, haven't done any off here yet :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love me some sublime, grateful dead, pink floyd, bob marley... the classics. I'm not a connoisseur though... I'll listen to whatever sounds good and has a positive message. Happy music or stuff that opens your eyes.

Peaceful warrior books are wonderful, cauliflower chronicles... those are my most recent reads.
