ABOUT ME

I'm currently a senior living in Tallahassee, with a year left before I graduate and get going with my life. I study International Affairs and French, so I'm constantly wanting to know what's going on in each part of the globe. At the moment I'm working in Italy for the summer, and I can't wait until I can move here or France permanently. I grew up in a diverse environment in South Florida, and I loved being surrounded by so much culture. It made me want to get out and see the world and how other people live, which I've started to do and never want to stop!

I heard about it from friends that had great experiences through couch surfing, and now that I'm traveling more, I'm ready to have some too.

Centres d'intérêt

I'm interested in art, languages, literature, and above all learning about new places and (hopefully) traveling to them. I love watching soccer with friends, at home or at a bar. I like walking everywhere, going to the park to enjoy the day, and going out at night for some live music and drinks, wine and jazz preferable...I love drawing, painting, watching movies and taking pictures of all my friends and all the places I go.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

French literature is my favorite: Camus, Hugo, Malraux, Sartre. I love cinema, particularly Italian, including Antonioni, de Sica and Fellini.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I stayed in Moscow to study for a month and a half, thinking I would get traveling out of my system for a little while, but it only made me want to keep going. It was incredible, and I was able to go places I'd never dreamed I would--the breathtaking St. Petersburg, the old Medieval Vladimir-Suzdal, every corner of Moscow. I've been to London twice and Ireland and Wales on one of those trips. I can't wait to go back to each place!
