My favorite part about traveling is finding something new; be it food, culture, landscapes, or people. I've been a lot of places and I don't intend on ending my traveling obsession anytime soon. Just got into this but I'm hoping to meet new people. Hopefully one day I will have a couch for others to surf.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite trip to date: 2 month trek around South America in the summer of 2009.
Favorite place in the world: Kenai River Valley in Alaska during summer (I love fly fishing).
Place I've been to but want to go back for more exploring: Cambodia
Most incredible scenery: Alto Plano of Bolivia
Most amazing site: the temples at Angkor, Cambodia.
Best food: southern France...no doubt.
Coolest thing I've done: the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu...do it if you ever have the chance to go to Peru.
But this list is always subject to change as my journeys continue.
