About Me

To slice open my heart and examine the melon of my reason.

Check the mission. I am yet to explore myself.

I am an absurdist. I am aware that I can't help but get closer to death every second, and I don't believe in absolute happiness. Still, life can be enjoyable, and that's the only way for me to fight nihilism and pessimistic self-consciousness. I believe all future goals to leave something on the planet (Children, books, buildings, money, etc) are induced by individual's fear to die. I too have such goals but I believe that the more important are satisfaction of the present-self and enjoyment when there is opportunity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Through a friend.

I'm new to this, don't mind the registeration date.

Books, movies, music, food, writing, philosophy, literature, discussing, debating, laughing, having fun, sports, discovery of interests and desires.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've read and am interested in all books by Foucault, Pynchon, Kafka, Deleuze & Guattari, Emma Goldman, Alice Walker, Derrida, Joyce, Ursula Le Guin, Camus, Proust, Dostoyevski, John Zerzan, Max Stirner, Henry Miller, Hemmingway, Djuna Barnes, Judith Butler, Suzan Lori-Parks, bell hooks, Samuel Beckett, Sylvia Plath, Shakespeare, Murakami, Aldous Huxley, Cortazar, Anais Nin, and many more I can't list at the moment. I listen to classics, from real classical music to 70s (Pink Floyd, Beatles, etc) and I enjoy indie - underground rap along with anything avant-garde. I love too many movies to mention but I'm mostly into surreal productions and psychological thrillers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen a helicopter plunge into the sea, in which I had seen death before. I got almost drowned. OH I guess I was supposed to speak of nice things here. Sorry!

Teach, Learn, Share

Hey, I have 300 kg of weightlifting set in my room. I can teach you about strength training. We can always exchange knowledge, discuss about life, movies, literature, philosophy, languages. But I don't like to sound authoritative or in the high position of teaching, I am mostly into learning, so teach me what you got. And I love sharing.

Countries I’ve Visited
