Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Taking advantage of my youth and my situation to travel a lot, discovering countries and sharing a lot with travelers
ABOUT ME
I began moving in 2006 at the age of 19, leaving my parents'house to high school in Brittany, and now living more and more in the North!
I then decided to go abroad to do an internship in a domain that I enjoy, transportation, so I have been in Brussels for 1 year, from July 2008 to July 2009.
Now I'm back in France, I lived in Rennes for 6 months in order to have my last lessons and I am now living in Paris with my wife. We are both working.
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy life with travels and sharing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try to participate in CS project by offering my couch first, but also trying to communicate about the project around me, with my friends.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm quite a junior couchSurfer!
I received my first CouchSurfer in january 2009.
When I was in Brussels, I've hosted:
* Xudong - China - 1 night
* Zack & Todd - USA (Philadelphia) - 1 night
* Fang - China - 2 nights
* Stéphanie - Canada (Québec) - 1 night
* Petr & Jeff - USA (North Carolina) - 2 nights
I've surfed:
In France, for a quick travel:
* Isa & Alex - France (Anglet) - 2 nights
During my trip in the USA and Canada with Aurélie and/or David & Ségo (September 2009):
* Genevieve - USA (Pennsylvania) - 1 night
* Stéphanie - Canada (Québec) - 2 nights
* Noémie - Canada (Québec) - 2 nights
All in all, CS brings me to the fact that hosting was not an easy thing, but even if it costs time (and some money sometimes), I always learn many things from my hosts:
*Recipes
*Architecture!
*French vocabulary (of Quebec, quite fun compared to French)
*** What's the next thing? It's up to YOU!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: often in original version (with the double subtitles of Brussels grrrrr, or without in London)
Music: depends on the days, from U2 to David Guetta, even classical music sometimes, electro, pop... Really eclectic!
Books: rarely. I read "L'open space m'a tuer", a french book written by 2 executives in their thirties: it's an impressive sequence of stories of the "open space societies". Really true, remember me many profesionnal experiences!
Then I totally changed: reading "Inside delta force", the origin of the serie 'the Unit'. Currently: nothing special!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Seen huge turtles laying on Mayotte's beach
- A roller skating trip of 90 miles (it's not amazing, but was a good experiment!)
- Driven a Ferrari 360 and Porsche 911 Turbo (faster than roller!!)
Not so amazing, many things to see!
Teach, Learn, Share

We are both engineers in telecommunications, but we have taken distincts professional ways: I'm more technical than Aurélie, so I'm able (and would be proud of) to talk and teach some basics about coding for example, especially if you want to talk about mobile applications or .Net technology.
