To hitchhike across the United States and finish a novel
I graduated from college, started a job as a financial advisor, and realized that it's not for me. Now I'm going to try my luck on the road. I would love to find some travel buddies. At the moment I'm traveling solo which isn't all that fun.
Every person I interact with has something to teach me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When traveling around Egypt and Palestine I didn't stay on any couches, but I did have the opportunity to stay on lots of rugs and to meet lots of interesting people.
Writing, languages, international relations, obviously travel, books, philosophy (especially South East Asian), religion, music (I play drums and guitar), trippy movies, dancing, and finding new interests.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was shot with tear gas at a Palestinian protest in a small village outside of Ramallah.
Teach, Learn, Share
I taught English to Sudanese refugees. Currently I'm learning how to survive in the wild. I want to hike in the woods for weeks at a time with nothing more than a pack on my back.
