being part of the transition movement, preparing myself and others to the age of the long emergency - that means urban organic gardening, and hopefully living in an ecovillage sometimes
We are a friendly, open-minded sociologist, urban gardener, biker couple connected to the sustainabilty movements of Budapest, living under the merciful, graceful presence of our wise rabbit, Moses, in a small flat on the famous restaurant street, leading to the innercity.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Give and take. Share and participate.
We had hosted some people already, all of them contacted us because they read our profiles and got interested. We learned something from each other, every time, very good experience. Gergo surfed a couch of the famous Casa Merode, in Tilburg, Holland.
Our life purpose and main hobby has become to lead our lives in harmony with nature, and to encourage others to do the same. We are not prophets however (we leave that to our rabbit), and live our lives in a laidback, casual, fun-centered way.
GergÅ is a web2 enthusiast and oldschool blogger. Enjoys playing roleplaying games, watching movies, reading XIX'th century english literature as well as contemporary sci-fi, listening to postmetal, stoner rock and hiphop - or something totally different.
Joli loves to stay home and make handiwork, tailoring, painting, cooking, and generally anything creative. She is also doing a lot of volunteering.
Both of us are videogamers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As a couple we have met in a summer sociology training camp doing field research, and maintained our relationship for years learning at universities in two different countries. Afterwards Joli moved to Gergő and we are together ever since: we find that quite awesome.
Gergő is proud of his blog and his short series of short documentaries about hungarian rural life. Joli loves the memory of our wedding.
We both regard a certain summer camp as a turning point of our lives, which was organised by the Budapest urban gardener group called FöldKelte.
