About Me

I'm 18, half English and half American but always lived in London. I also live with my parents but often it's just me and my Mum in the house. I do also have a brother but he's gone and moved to China so his room's up for grabs...

*Out of town August 19th-September 6th*

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Obviously I want to travel, and by couchsurfing I know that when I go somewhere new I'll meet at least one new person! I've done a fair bit of travelling on my own now and it's definitely not a coincidence that everywhere I go the thing that makes the trip is the group of new friends I make on the way.
I also really love showing people around London. I've lived here my whole life and it's my favourite city in the world. If anyone comes and stays at my place I'd be happy to take them out and show them as much of London as possible.

Interests

I play drums and guitar, go to gigs all the time and i'm training as a sound engineer so a lot of what I talk about is music-related. I, like most, love food and going out for tea and cake is almost a passion of mine. I really love travelling and I've been lucky enough to have already had a few amazing trips abroad across Europe, to the States, Central America and even places like Egypt and Morocco.

Music, Movies, and Books

I adore the Beatles (John the most), The Clash, Arcade Fire, Pixies, The Cure and a shit load of other stuff, although most of it does tend to be pre-21st century.
My favourite movies are Back to the Future, A Hard Day's Night and everything Monty Python.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 2 months in Tenerife in 2014 teaching English which was probably the weirdest and hardest thing I've done so far. I also spent 3 months in New York at the start of this year working in recording studios which was amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd be more than happy to cook meals, do any baby or pet sitting and obviously help around the house. I'm very self-contained and all I need is a couple of square metres to sleep on :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Belize, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Guatemala, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
