My name is Dan, I’m a recently graduated college student driving from Boston to California to start a new job at a robotic farming company. I just finished a summer job leading groups of high schoolers on a bike tour between Oregon and California.

I love bike touring, playing guitar, cooking, gardening, and getting into random food projects like foraging for mushrooms or making yogurt.

I don’t have any reviews here, since I’ve never tried to surf until now. However, I have plenty of reviews on my Warmshowers account (which is like couchsurfing for bike tourers.) Here is the most recent one from my 2019 bike tour in France:

Solo bike toured in France for 2 months. I was basically roaming around southern France and the alps, living off my bike, camping and staying at hostels. I also worked at two WWOOF farms during this time!
