Music, Movies, and Books

"Whiplash" really got me.
"Schrödinger's Cat Trilogy" by Robert Anton Wilson really blew my mind as a teenager and I'd still have to rate it as my favorite book. Recently, "Impro: Improvisation and the Theater" excited me. It's a book for anyone who wants to better understand basic human interaction.
As for music, there's really too many to mention. I'm really into progressive rock and jazz. Some examples would be Yes, King Crimson, Gong, Magma, Gentle Giant, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and John Coltrane. I have weakness for deep house, Hall and Oates and Sade as well.
