My mission is to bless the world with all that I am given, and exploring it is the gateway to be more in tune with all those who I am globally interconnected with but have yet to meet.

ABOUT ME

I am eager to know more about what surrounds me! I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, joyful girl, who is searching for more adventure. I am a working student studying in San Sebastian, Spain. However, my heart lives in Reno, Nevada. I'm devoted to my friends and family, and there is nothing I love more than getting to know others. I love to care for others, and get to know their story. I think the best way to grow in my life is through giving myself away and to love effortlessly.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everyone has been created with great purpose, and that we are all blessed with personal and unique gifts that we have the capacity to share with one another. We have the opportunity to share our lives openly and lovingly towards those around us, and we deny ourselves joy when we close ourselves in from creation and those we live with. To lose ourselves is when we can gain what we are created to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I am living in San Sebastian, I can only go couch surfing, but when I return back to America, I would love to have couch surfers! It would be such a treat to host people in my house in America, and show them my city, cook them meals, and simply to get to know others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a couple of different couch surfing experiences that have been wonderful. Everyone I have encountered has been a joy to get to know and be around. I can't wait to meet more people around the world.

Interests

I love to dance,watch films, write, cook, bake an infinite amount of cookies,and mainly to have a good time others and good conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to Mumford and Sons, Decemberists, Band of Horses, The Jackson 5, Regina Spektor, and love to dance to hip hop. I love the movie, "What's eating Gilbert Grape," and any film by Wes Anderson. I still enjoy pixar movies and disney movies, probably because I am with children so often. I enjoy reading theology books, poetry by Pablo Neruda, William Blake, or Sylvia Plath.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done is give my life to Jesus. I love meeting other people and getting to know their faiths. I think it is fascinating. Traveling wise, I am so thankful that I am in San Sebastian. I worked three jobs and went to school to get here, and am so thankful I did.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn everything and anything! I am not sure what I could teach others exactly :) It depends on the person and what they are interested in that I know. I truly just want to share joy, and any help that I can give to any one I meet.
