To experience everyday as a new adventure
Travelling is what makes working ok. Working and knowing you are gonna spend it all travelling is what makes my world and daily life go around. Right now Im working in an NGO for indigenous people in Neuquen Argentina. My main theory in life use to be that we should all go back to live like native people in the forest. catch our own animals or live of berries and herbs. This was the main reason i tried to make the existence of these Indigenous people a bit easier. what provoced me, was the amount of charities spending millions on trying to save pandas etc, when there is several nations of indigenous people that are on the edge of getting extinct and who not recieving a half of the attention the wales or the pandas are. not that i dont like pandas. but hey. at least spend the same amount of money on real people. the reason why i write in past tence. is because travelling you get to know some new realities of what you thought was an absolute thruth, and I guess I figured the world of NGOs is too complex and corrupt for my taste. SO I moved on to making documentaries... and thats why im studying Film and Media at the university in Copenhagen.
it usually changes every second day, depending on whats going on in my life.
But mostly I think it is as simple as just being happy and making others happy.-
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
lovely people hosted in France, Argentina, Chile, Brasil and Colombia. Latest I've been hosting some people I met abroad. but since i live in onve bedroom, shring already with another girl, its a bit too intens for me to host all the time.
I atteneded CISV since i was a very young (if you know it, you understand my love towards it) Basically it gives young ppl a chance to meet ppl from all around the world, to bring down prejudice. its kind of like ouchsurfing but for kids and with no couches involved.
other than that, I play the guitar, all sorts of music. music is another addiction of mine. I love being creative, I had a short affair with graffiti, but then i got too scared of getting caught and the paint sort of kills more braincells than you realize.
Now I just read and watch a lot of films... ocassionally i make some stuff myself.
Music, Movies, and Books
films: "fightclub" "revovler" "synchedoche, New York" "mindgame" "the big lebowsky"
books: "straw dogs" "1984" "brave new world" "rant"
music: I dont know where to start but here a few : hiphop, bossa, baile funk, reggae/dancehall, rock and roll, hardcore if im iin the mood, and quite a lot of classical aswell
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
i guess i should say something like iguazu falls or something like the crazy the riots in copenhagen a few years ago, but i think recently what affected me the most was drinking ayahuasca... im not a junkie or anything this was purely for spiritual reasons.
