About Me

Find the road to happiness and follow it.

I am a spontaneous, extravert person who is looking for new things in life.
I love everything about music, dance and theatre.
I like to meet new interesting people who can tell me some travel stories and teach me new things about life!
My biggest love are animals of any kind.
I travel around a lot since my family and friends live scattered around many different countries.
If you want to get to know about me and my travels, read my blog: http://daryaingypsyland.blogspot.be

Life is about making choices, and never looking back.
What goes around, comes around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted people when I had the possibility, and i have stayed at CS people on some of my trips. If I have time I can show people around in my city.

Dancing, music, theatre, singing and of course travelling!
I love the woods, mountains, sea and other kinds of nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz, soul, rhytm & blues, guitar and piano, ... basically everything with a beat you could dance to!
I like many kinds of movies, it depends on my mood.
To just randomly pick a few:
"Pulp Fiction", "The Great Gatsby", , "Memories of a Geisha", "Beasts of the Southern Wild", "Marley and me", "Interstellar", "Inglorious Basterds", "Gladiator", "Motorcycle Diaries", "Australia", "Django""Slumdog Millionaire",...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saving a life.
In the summer of 2012, I went on a Greek islandhopping trip, and volunteered at a shelter in Paros - one of my first adventure I did on my own. On this trip, I saved a life for the first time. The first one was a dog that was blind, and tied in the middle of nowhere with no food or water, left there to guard something unclear. I was so upset after seeing it, that I couldn't sleep all night, and though it was my last day in Crete, the next morning I went there, pulled him in the car and decided to save him no matter what. Luckily, I got help from an organization who took him in, just on the last moment.

Also, every travel is amazing for me...
