ABOUT ME

ugh... I hate describing myself. I don't hate much, except describing myself ... GMO's, pesticides, greed, and mean people. Oh no, I guess I hate more than I realized. haha. Okay, back to the description: usually, I am quite positive. lol I am friendly and social, but actually an introvert... I like socializing, but moreso in small groups (not a BIG crowd fan). I like quiet and (need) my alone time. I love nature and FOOD! I am not a big party person, but I like an occasional glass of wine (or beer). I like to enjoy myself, but one day I'd like to be less busy so I can actually do more of that; life's been too hectic... I like some quiet time in nature. I like art; I like health; I like fun; I like food.... especially all at once: artsy, healthy fun food. lol

PHILOSOPHY

Philosophy... hmmm... Live and let live... the golden rule. Nature is beautiful--don't' mess with nature. Consumerism and corporatization are destroying our world.

I am brand new. I am in the process of visiting Portland, OR for a month long visit--considering relocation, but would be willing to offer up my sofa when I return from the west coast.

I am brand new. I will be having my first experience over winter break in Portland, OR.

Interessen

I like health. I am fascinated with the human body and spend some of my free time researching health/fitness/nutrition related topics. I enjoy being outdoors: walking, hiking, biking, kayaking... haven't tried paddleboarding, but I know I will like it. I like nature and food, so food that grows wild in nature is an interest: foraging! yay! I love learning and am insatiably curious. I love nature, culture and art and have done a little traveling, but would love to see more of the world.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Seen? hmm... Well, the most beautiful thing I've seen is the Blue Grotto in Capri. I still wish we would have jumped in, but my friend wouldn't do it. :(

Done? I haven't done enough amazing things, but the first time I drove a bulldozer, I drove it backwards off a flat bed tow truck. The owner told me that when I went down the planks, the bucket would kick up and it would feel like I was going to tip over. He said, your reflex will be to hit the brake, but whatever you do, don't hit the brake or you will flip over.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I have a background in Accounting and information systems. I could help set someone up on QuickBooks or help with a budget in Excel, or whatever. I know all the Microsoft office applications, including ACCESS (know some SQL too), can help with some database stuff.

I have a strong interest in natural health and healing. I enjoy astrology and can do amateur charts/readings. And I haven't played with my cards in a while, but do that as well.

I also have a design background. Although I don't use the programs much, I can do a bunch of design projects, including logos and just making any document look and sound professional.
