"Change is not achieved without inconvenience" - anything worth doing will be difficult, but ultimately worth it. A little clique but so true.

"20 seconds of blind courage can change you're life forever" - saying yes, talking to that stranger, getting on the plane. All can take more courage than many will admit

Interests

I love human physiology, and how the body reacts to external stresses. I like to learn, especially about the human condition and social dynamics. I am a borderline fanatical crossfitter, and I love to play the guitar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped out of a helicopter on to a mountain ridge a few feet wide with an actively burning forest fire directly beside it. We put out the fire and slept on that ridge underneath the stars that night

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a degree in biological psychology, so I can provide some insight on subjects such as cellular and systemic physiology, a variety of psychological subjects, or for less formal subjects I love to introduce people to crossfit and all of the functional benefits of fitness.
