Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love connecting with people from other places, near and far, sharing perspectives, experiences, and i have learned much from the generosity, courage and dignity i have seen in many people i have met in other countries. now i am open to hosting other explorers. I also hope in the future to surf when i travel. I have hosted in my current home many groups of surfers over the past 2 years- under the host name of my former housemate who is no longer living here, now i am joining , and open to hosting again myself. I have a couple of available rooms

Very interested in world events, politics, issues of social justice and the environment,, Art, music, film, gardening, focusing on slowing down, a mix of meditation, yoga, rekindling interest in art, music, exploring new areas in the SF Bay Area, love hiking, backpacking, Spanish language. raise 2 children ( with the help of their mother of course) , i have had many adventures traveling, but being a parent has been my most rewarding experience.

a safe room to stay in the sunny Mission area of san francisco, ideas about places to explore, can help some with transportation, will give a tour of some of the sights so a surfer can get oriented to the city, have maps, laundry, a garden to relax in.
