About Me

Please don't give gifts to me which contain sugar, milk, egg , fish, meat or alcohol. What I like very much: e.g. fennel or peppermint tea.

Managing to work something I really love. Maybe soon becoming a full-time babysitter? =) First step complete: Told my boss I am going to quit end of December. Second step: Be open for every possibility. Third step: Decide and focus all awareness on my way.

I am a more calm and quiet guy. Sometimes a little bit too shy and too introverted. That is why I love Couchsurfing, Helpx and Hitchhiking so much. There is a need for me to extrovert and to open myself for people. And it makes my life so much richer to connect and share things with other people.

The most important thing in my life is Vipassana meditation. Since I discovered this technique in 2013 I practice daily, took some 10 day courses and also helped in some courses. It is about transforming my mind to become a better person. Being able to live a happy life and help others wherever possible.

- The 6 hour day in Sweden
- The basic income idea
- Vipassana centers which only accept donations
- Openness
- Honestness
- Friendlyness
- Acceptance

Music, Movies, and Books

- The art of living
- The Alchemist

"Perdona si te llamo amor"
--> The day after I watched this movie I was sure about quitting my job. =) Such an inspiring, saying-yes-to-life-and-love movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Realized in a meditation retreat how lucky I am. Lucky because of all the people who supported me and still are doing so: my grandmother, my mother, my granduncle, my grandaunt, Frey.... I maybe would not have come in contact with vipassana meditation without your support. Thank you so much.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Producing a personal video about you or your place or your city or our activities during my stay.

To take care of your kid(s) or babysit your baby. For sure only if I and your kid(s) get along with each other. ;) But I am very optimistic and positive about that.
