About Me

Focus all awareness on the present moment. How to do it? Meditate for inner peace and happiness . And get out of my Comfort zone as often as possible for accepting the fear inside.

Managing to work full-time for something I really love. Maybe soon becoming a full-time babysitter? =)

I am a more calm and quiet guy. Sometimes a little bit too shy and too introverted. That is why I love Couchsurfing, Helpx and Hitchhiking so much. There is a need for me to extrovert and to open myself for people. And it makes my life so much richer to connect and share things with other people.

The most important thing in my life is Vipassana meditation. Since I discovered this technique in 2013 I practice daily, took some 10 day courses and also helped in some courses. It is about transforming my mind to become a better person. Being able to live a happy life and help others wherever possible.

- Openness
- Honestness
- Friendlyness
- Acceptance

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I started my travelling in November 2012 in Bangkok, I have had hosted some surfers, and liked it very much. In Bangkok I made my first experiences as a surfer. My hosts had been really great, but it was't the right time for couchsurfing and me. At this time in my life, I just wanted nothing more to calm down and listen into myself, what is going on there. And my hosts always organized sightseeings, partys and other actions. It was too much for me. But now I feel that I am ready for a new try again!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Realized in a meditation retreat how thankful I can be for just everything. My life in general, for all the people supporting me... especially my family but also my friends and the people I met during my travelling, the possibility to travel around for a long time and a lot more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Producing a personal video about you or your place or your city or our activities during my stay. Or I can give a video review. And you can link from your CS profile to this video.

Motivate to get together out of our comfortzone. For example doing free hugs or doing a speec in public about our heart topic.

To take care of your kid(s) or babysit your baby. For sure only if I and your kid(s) get along with each other. ;) But I am very optimistic and positive about that.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Tunisia
