About Me

Get back to the roots of life. Experience life as it really is.

There is change in me and around me every day. The more I meditate the more I can really experience that. What is the sense in earning as lot money as you can? To save it for the future? To buy as many luxury things as you can?

During my travelling through Asia I realized how less I actually need for a happy life. For my body it is a safe place to sleep, healthy food (and sometimes showering, haha). For my mind I need meditation, the exchange with other people and learning as much as I can about life/lifestyles/my body/health/nature/happiness/...

During my travelling I always planned so much for the future. I couldn't stop that. What am I going to do, when I will be back in Germany? I changed this plans so often, I can't count. My dream is not to have plans for the next day. Just be unsure what the future brings and therefore be able to see and live in the moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I started my travelling in November 2012 in Bangkok, I have had hosted some surfers, and liked it very much. In Bangkok I made my first experiences as a surfer. My hosts had been really great, but it was't the right time for couchsurfing and me. At this time in my life, I just wanted nothing more to calm down and listen into myself, what is going on there. And my hosts always organized sightseeings, partys and other actions. It was too much for me. But now I feel that I am ready for an new try again! But I will make more research about my potential hosts in the first place to have a good match.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Realized in a meditation retreat how thankful I can be for just everything. My life in general, for all the people supporting me... especially my family but also my friends and the people I met during my travelling, the possibility to travel around for a long time and a lot more.
