One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Winding my way through the north of Laos on a gravel road 1400m above sea level surrounded by rice, chickens, a vomiting & pregnant Laotian woman, a crazy Canadian poet and an awesome French rugby player wondering whether we were all going to plummet off the side of the winding narrow road and die, the pre WWII Russian bus was going to blow up, or we were all going to arrive safe and sound (albeit slightly wired and dirty) in Phonsavan to experience one of the most heavily bombed parts of the most amazing country I have had the pleasure of visiting!
