ABOUT ME

I am basically interested in finding a way of living which is sustainable. I love food (cooking, eating and growing it) and also reckon that it's a great starting point for thinking about all the elements which go to make up a sustainable way of living.

Interests

I love all sorts of music and play the flute (classical and folk). I also play several different sports - golf, football, badminton and also petanque (French boules)!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love loads of different music - jazz, ska, funk+soul, folk - but especially if it's live! Pretty much anything Coen Brothers filmwise is good and you can't beat a bit of Terry Pratchett for a good read (unless you're Douglas Adams perhaps).
