CURRENT MISSION

I have retired this year after many years of extremely active professional life, but I am not old neither by age or by mind:) I am very active, love traveling, visiting places, enjoying different cultures, climates and landscapes.

ABOUT ME

As I have mentioned I am a pensioner now, but alhtough I am 61 year old I do not feel it. Now I have time to do all the things I did not because I was too busy at work. Traveling is what I like the most. I spent 7 years in Nigeria, 6 years in London, visited many places in Europe and Asia, but there is still hundreds of places I want to go to. I live in Warsaw now, have a grown up son, who lives separately, and I have a dog - Giant Schnauzer. I ride a bicycle everyday, walk a lot, spent too much time surfing internet and watching movies - good and ambitious.

PHILOSOPHY

Pleasure! Carpe diem is my philosophy. Be optimistic and always see positive sides in everything that happens.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I cannot offer an accommodation unfortunately. My apartment is too small. I would love to offer my time and all I know about Warsaw, Poland, its culture, tradition and history. I can take you for a walk through my city, drive you to some interesting places nearby, suggest good concert or other cultural events. We can talk about Polish history, politics, food, anything...

Teach, Learn, Share

I know my country - I can definitely share my knowledge about Poland. I traveled a lot, so maybe my experience in organizing and preparing yourself for long journey. I do not have any specific skills and I do not think I could be a good teacher;) But I can be a good student;) I would love to learn more about every new place I may have a chance to visit.
