ABOUT ME

We are 2 Dutch girls, who have been friends for a very long time. We are very spontaneous and like to do impulsive things. We asked some other people what they think of us and this is a selection of their reactions: Fun, bit crazy, spontaneous, impulsive, social and adventurous. We love to travel, experience new cultures and meet new people. When planning our new trip we got involved with couch surfing and we love this idea! It is the perfect opportunity to meet new people and get to know the city through the eyes of the locals.

Interests

We are both still students, and therefore dont have that much money to spent although we love to travel. We are spending our free time with our friends,partying, at the gym or shopping. Just the regular stuff most students do ;) And we try to travel and visit new cities as much as possible, so we are very excited to go finally to Paris!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Desiree: My best experience was my internship in Madrid. I lived in this fantastic, vibrant city during 6 months. You have anything you need and more in Madrid; culture, night life and delicious spanish food. Madrid feels like my second home and I can recommend everybody to spent some days, and if you can a few months there!
Simone: I have been travelling in Kenia, and I not only loved the nature with all its wildlife parks but also the people who lived there. It was so interesting to see how happy those people where, even happier then most people here in the Netherlands, although they almost have nothing. It really was an eye opener for me, to enjoy my life even more and I would love to go back there one day! Especially to help the people who live there, and make their lifes a bit easier.
