I am very active and friendly with lots of energy and enthusiasm!
I am born and raised in London, England but have spent every summer on the wonderful and windy west coast of Ireland. I study biological sciences at University College London with particular interests in adaptive physiology and evolution! I have ambitions to break into the world of public engagement in science in order to share the cool stuff with everyone! I have spent the past 10 months living in Vancouver, Canada whilst studying on exchange at the University of British Columbia. I try to do something fun every day and usually say yes to any proposed adventure.
I love spending time outdoors and have had a fantastic year in beautiful British Columbia! My best days include skiing, cycling, running, hiking and sea-dips wherever possible! I also like beer and breweries, spectacular views and the occasional big night out. I like nothing more than sharing my travel tips and have started a (very amateur) blog to do just this www.travelbugblog14.blogspot.ca

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Chief, Squamish. Driving up above the Vancouver fog to climb the second largest free standing granite outcropping in the world was one of the best days of the past year! Good company and the promise of good views makes hiking a really great and rewarding day out. The view from the Chief's three peaks will last forever in my memory and made up my mind to spend the summer in search of similar awesome vistas!
Revelstoke, BC. Skiing down a deserted bowl in Revelstoke gave me the biggest adrenaline rush I can remember! Nothing can beat a good day skiing!
